Christmas Star Tree

Christmas is a time of joy and hope.  And yet, we recognize that for many children, there will be few presents beneath the tree.  Working with the local school district, Lutheran Church of the Cross receives the names and Christmas wishes of children in need.  Members and friends purchase gifts for the children.  When the families come to pick up the gifts, they are given food and a special dinner for Christmas.  It is our honor to care for our community at Christmas.
